Any Real Value In Recouping An Old Twitter Account?

Long story, short:

• I was checking the top Twitter influencers in my niche.
• One of them (the top-ranked one, actually) gave an "Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!" error.
• Naturally, I quickly snatched it up.

Turns out, this account had over 1.2M Followers, yet sometime in the past month (cache goes back to no earlier than late November), the account got dropped.

So . . . what ways, if any, can I capitalize on this?

The best thing I can think of is to make a single tweet promoting my site, and leaving the account otherwise dormant.

Anything better than that?
