Buying Facebook and Twitter accounts

As the title says - does anyone have any experience in this, common issues to avoid, pitfalls, best marketplaces to purchase them (if there even is marketplaces) or is it more a matter of reaching out yourself.

I'm thinking along the lines of, a car enthusiast made a FB page on muscle cars and it's gotten fairly large... purchasing the page and dropping in links to muscle car stuff on my website.

Any tips or issues you forsee?

Prioritize engagement rate over follower count and see if there are any easy wins that can be implemented (better content, etc.).
