What's the best way for a foreign person to get an EIN number?

It doesn't need to be linked to my existing business/company.

Just want one with the least amount of corporate filings, easiest to file taxes, etc. I need one so I can sign up to a service (sorry, I know that is vague).

https://www.firstbase.io/incorporate-your-company is something I came across. Or, it may totally not be worth the hassle, ongoing compliance, getting mixed up with US taxes etc.
