Earlier this year, you should know my story. I was homeless. Helped a world of people who then shitted on me when i lost it all, helping them. Same ol' story we hear 1000x over but i'm not mad. I really helped 1 person get over being suicidal and I just learned i'm better off with myself many times OR i have to control my time better.

I was even suicidal at one point. I used my last money to rent an AirBNB before homeless , overlooking Myrtle Beach-SC (off-season) and I'd have nights just looking at the moonlight on the water... Just thinking .. wow.. loooks like a path to heaven , I should just walk into the water and see if it's true.

The 'real light' came not from that though. I lost the place over time and had to truck on. Motivated by my son mainly.

I couldn't afford rent anymore as everything kept failing as soon as I made healthy progress. Affiliate Marketing, had 2 companies not pay me on time, i couldn't get the 'cash roll' going. I quit that, then went to eBay drop-shipping. I got it to where i was at about $10k earnings in a 2 weeks and then Paypal froze my account. I couldn't pay for product, lost my paypal but of course.. i never put full informtion on PP EVER.. never ever.. so I can get another one.

Anyhow, after losing all that.. I moved to Atlanta because I kept hearing all my successful associates, past to present, say they were there. Every genre of business was in the 'ATL.'

So what did i Do? I put my brain to the test. I figured out how to get around all the eBay Blocks. I taught 6 others to drop-ship and became their supplier. (see my lab report) . This way, I knew paypal nor ebay could stop all of my different streams from different accounts.

I had 1 highly profitable product that i made the 'foundation' for my new goals and to launch a separate ecomm store with that 1 product. After built, I started using my old SEO skills - doing google news blogs to get backlinks to my site... i used a certain '1-2' combo that I always worked before. Low-n-behold, sweet juicy lobster tail.. guess what............ my ol' white hat tricks still worked. I got the site ranked and pulling in $1k within 2 months. By the 3rd month, i was ~$2k from the shop and could stay in hotels time to time.... plus new things sprung up.

Posting in the lab here on BuSo, a person acquired my skills for their company for 3 months. A nice 5 figure deal, which i invested the money into various projects.

Long story short, these things got me from homeless and living in my new car (i got it before helping others), to living in a hotel and working out in a gym 2x a da, eating health.

Now, i'm at a point where I'm poised to make $100k this year BUT only if i execute this last quarter properly.

I'm finding a struggle to stay motivated now b/c I have people around me and i don't do well talking to people while working. Nor do I work well when people hve their own issues now.. i want to scream 'fuck off' vs trying to figure out how to explain to them issues they re having .

Tonight for instance, this is the first time i've woken up to a cash deposit and wanted to stay up past 2am and work. I'm trying to close out a few of the Goog News clients and figure out what it takes to move the needle with their sites.

It feels great to know I'm doing this but Im questioning how can i sustain this and keep it on the mind because I need to become a person who holds multi-million dollar bank statement.

I've made more than most during my internet web-Master term but my motivation .. I need to really learn to control it. That's the key to really taking things to a new level of ultra-sustainability and a cash roll for the next 2 generation.

Maybe this is a ramble but.................it's 2:39 am.. I'm getting back to work now.

I have never been homeless, but my current situation is far from ideal. I have very, very little spare money to do groceries and eat properly. And this has been like that for the past 5 years or so.

With that said, I kinda sorta understand where you come from. And I fully understand your motivation to get back on your feet and to never go back to that situation, because that's my motivation as well.

Currently, you are at a point where you have started to see the money flowing back in, and you don't want to mess it up. So you are hustling hard.

And you seem to be taking care of your health with the food and exercises, but I'd say there's room for improvement in your current situation. But it's already 2:40 in the morning. If I were you, I'd get away from all screens, and go to bed. You've earned it, man.

It's useless to burn the candle at both ends. You do get more light for a short while, but you get burnout much faster and make a mess with all the wax dropping on the floor.

If you believe everything else in your life is ok, and what you really need is motivation to make more money, here are my money-making goals to keep me motivated:

1. Buy a house: I have to take care of my widow mother and my current living situation is a major stresser in my life,
2. Become financially independent: as in having enough money to provide for my needs for the rest of my life and (potentially) live off interest, and
3. Help war veterans re-adapt back home: I want to own a brick and mortar business (LOL) to create jobs and provide a new profession for them. There is just too many people today struggling with depression and PTSD and not enough being done. This is the bigger-than-me goal that I have chosen to guide my life once everything-else-about-me has been taken care of.

I hope it helps. Cheers.

PS: BTW, teaching drop-shipping to others and becoming their supplier? Smooth!

Maybe you need to become homeless again and feel like crap to think about killing yourself.

C'mon!

What you are feeling now is NOT a lack of motivation.

It's F E A R.
Maybe a kind of fear named "fear of failure".

~ You know the only thing you need is a plan and execute it. ~

If you need to get rid of your fears, reconnect with yourself. Go to the gym and kill it.

------ I know you can achieve your goal. And you?

Hmm...

It is getting harder to stay hungry if you aren't.

So the question is - what truly motivates you?
Money stops being a motivator after a certain amount for a lot of people.

Your son? Building a future for HIM? Teaching him what can be achieved, being a role model?

Another project? Using the money from this to build something bigger?

Charity?
Using your skills and/or money to help?

The thrill of the hunt?

This is for you to define and then use to drive you.

I'm so curious, I think I read somewhere that you also have a kid.

What happened to the child when you left your city and/or lived in your car?

I'e always believed that the feeling of 'tired' if 95% mental.
A 4 year old doesn't know tired until they lay down because the concept of 'tired' is taught.
If i have something to do, and I know i can help a client earn more, which usually helps me earn more in long run, I get motivated.
Sadly.. sharing in business has been more fruitful for me in personal spaces than sharing with family & friends and i like sharing.

'

Yeah , that's rough man. A friend and I had to be providers like this, and we grew up on the itnernet together doing business since pre-18. We did all the hoola-hoops of winning / losing ita ll. But, it gave us the superpower to 'rise' everytime because we learned so much information that will likely hold value until Google dies..

A 'fear' , not really. I actually liked liviing in the car because I felt at peace. Alone.

It's either that or i need to have the wealth to travel at a speed, most can't keep up with me. The Wind.

Well i don't use my car now. I bought it and left it in the states. Haven't driven it for 5 months now. Crazy. I just want to give it to my son.

Beyond that, i want 2+ houses. That's the goals now. When he comes out of high school, he can have the freedom of not having a major bill - knowing he'll have a home . .

I want 5 kids & family in total but don't know if I'm mentally able . T he lack of building connections is deep.. I have 2 kids now though which is great.

Why do you need to become this person?

It isn't about money, it's about options.

You can have many of the same options without having money.

Money is only good for it's ability to get you options. Very few understand you can get many of those options without money though.

Let that sink in for a couple months.

Is that not in a hypothetical world though?

if having two kids isnt motivation enough, your priorities are wrong, you sound like an entitled mellenial, or in that sterotype/ maybe borderline narcissistic.

That does NOT mean
"...because I need to become a person who holds multi-million dollar bank statement."

So again..

Why do you need to become this person?

There are also others who can relate to your 'worst moments,' probably moreso than your best. Everyone is different. Apology if my post bothers you.

"Whoa me" , just happens to be my real life.

I've been doing the internet since 2002 . Your assumptions would be wrong. If I told you more of my history, you would complain more, so I'll stop.

Your basically saying this "could not be" or "could be" true.

The fact is, what I said can be true.

No one wants an object, they want what the object provides for them.

Whatever that is, can be obtained without money.

Anything that is hypothetical or "could not" is purely under your control.

.

by the mods, and they are quickly starting to get sick of your crap

To be fair, you don't have the first clue about what "the mods" think, and pretending to know doesn't strengthen your argument.

Please remember that if someone gets under your skin, you can always Ignore that user:

You won't see any of their replies or threads they start.

Also, while the OP isn't breaking any rules, your series of posts 1) were quadruple posts, 2) thread crashing, 3) poisoning the atmosphere.

but my motivation .. I need to really learn to control it.

We talked about this recently in this thread: Is there any point in reading motivational stuff or success stories?

Motivation is fleeting, transient, and temporary. Discipline is what you need if you want to succeed.

Another issue is the difference between intrinsic motivation (and having a good "Why?") versus extrinsic motivation ("I want money"). I wrote about this in this thread: What is Your Reason? and especially am pointing out the "What's a WORTHY Reason" part.

Not sure how but I'll just refrain from posting leisurely. I think that will solve this issue. For me , internet discussion is public/free thought. So I don't look for approval from others nor try to impress. I dont know people personally so I'm not making snap judgements of anyone but I can definitely read through personalities at a speed higher than average, based on actual habit not free thought. I was rated 'gifted' for this at the age of 17..... some high school tests that i ranked high in the nation for. Blah.

I simply practice, 'honesty' & try to give open insights to how i'm making money, step by step. Layman's terms alwasys being my way of communication.

Reading this today.

You need to figure out what your three, five and ten year plans are.

You need to focus on becoming as liquid as possible because a recession is coming. Maybe not next year or even the two following that. But it is coming.

You usually do not generate significant life altering gains during a good economy. You do it when everybody else is cash poor and the banks are not lending.

Without it, I cannot get things that satisfy my desires nor fuel my ideas.

You are dodging the question.
“I need money so I can buy stuff” is not an answer.

What do you feel you need that you need multi-millions for?

I know it seems like I’m just teasing you, but you need to be clear on your WHY. Only that will motivate you.
And you will know if you’re trying to bullshit yourself.

And you will know if you’re trying to bullshit yourself.

Do you mean , exactly?

I want it to invest in a full-time team, payoff 3 major accounts to end bill paying, and remain financially in control.

I was born this way though. Literally since elementary school. I'm not sure how you guys were but I was always interested in the idea of earning.

2nd or 3rd grade was my first business, which I got put in the principal's office for. I was selling dinosaur sketches for 25cents and giving kids credit, which they could pay once they got lunch money from their parents Lol.. some kids lied and said I was threatning them for money once their parents found out.

To me, it's not just a 'want'... I 'need' the feeling of success. If i dont' have it, i'll be like a drug addict, searching for it every night................... and I can try to deny myself this, but there's never been a moment where I could escape it.

I can do away with stable relationships with people before i could deal with not being financially able to do the things I want. My mom tells me "it's not healthy to isolate yourself' but when I lived in that car, to myself, nobody around.. i felt at peace.

Many will say "oh you're a terrible person for that" but while they are talking, I'm the one who's using money to fuel the charity events for underprivileged kids (two events so far) to make change in the world.. I just don't like 'talking about shit' with people who flip-flop like your favorite pair of shower shoes............... I just think "just do it, " with my ideas and love seeing thing flourish that i'm involved with

I'm an inventor , a creator, a brain filled with ideas to share and have had to do it all myself since i was born pretty much.. so maybe the habit has made me a little crazy.. i dont know. But what I do know, I've created several ideas that made culture shifts to the internet/globe within the genres I apply myself........... To the point major brandshave copied my ideas . But without the resources, i'm stuck like chuck to keep swinging for the stands.. and I don't give up... why? because my ideas work. Just I have to learn via 'crash' and restart.

Rule #14 clearly states that we aren't allowed to reveal information about each other that we shared in private messages in confidence, whether that's email, skype, or PM's here.

Rule #15 mentions derailing conversation and poisoning the atmosphere.

I've cleaned up both of the offending messages. You guys keep the private stuff off the forum and let's keep the beef to a minimum. Both of you have had a chance to air your grievances.

The rest of us don't really care. The bickering and attacking and defending does nothing to improve either of your reputations, it only drags you both down. State your piece once and that's enough. No need to follow each other from thread to thread or keep it going beyond this point around the forum.

If you want to argue, you can create a dedicated "Beef Thread" just for you two in the Water Cooler where you can have the spotlight, but the rules still apply there too in terms of outting private information, etc. But if you keep the "poison" in the containment thread, that's fine, and the rest of us can enjoy throwing peanuts at you down from the gallery.

Interesting add on I just read, while trying to send a budding business mind, to inspire them to think to create what people want.. not just be motivated by the money (though that is the actual goal)

Being rich is not as good as being poor is bad
It’s not the money that makes your life great, it’s the lack of it that makes your life miserable. By being rich you do not automatically become happy, but by being poor, it’s almost impossible to be one. Being rich is the mandatory requirement in order to be happy, but not the only one.

Money is important
Don’t believe the lies which say that money is not the most important thing in the world. It is. Sure your health, family and friends are also important, but without money the quality of them will be much lower. With money you can buy 99% of all things that exist. It is a universal currency, never forget that.

Only the ones that want it real bad, will become rich
Forget the the nonsense that says “do what you love and the money will follow”. It may be true for the 1% of the rich, but for the rest being rich meant sacrificing other aspects of live in order to become rich. You really need to set it as your high priority. If you set your priority to be something else, you will get that, but you won’t be rich. Decide for yourself what is important for you, but understand that after you are rich, it’s much easier to get all the other things you may want in life.

You simply don’t care
Most millionaires were born in middle class families. They got the basic covered but still struggled with finances. Most of them were poor for some period of time and only started to make reasonable money in their 30s or 40s. The road to becoming rich has been hard and dirty. They have seen it all from betrayal to simple human evilness, but still managed to come out as winners.

This is why they’re not gonna feel sorry for you, if you tell them how hard are you trying to achieve your goals and will not give you alms. No one helped them when they were in same situation, so they learned to do everything by themselves, and they are not gonna demand less from you then what they demand from themselves.

Being selfish is not a bad thing
Life is about struggling, and in struggle some people win and some people lose. The fact is that nice people are those who tend to lose. Rich people are not nice. They are often selfish, jerks or even assholes. This is what made them rich. But don’t get me wrong. It’s not the rich people who become selfish, it’s the selfish who become rich.

You start valuing yourself more
It is true that rich people are often viewed as more valuable members of society, but it’s not because people hate poor, it’s because rich people value their life, health and time more. And you cannot expect other people to value you, if you don’t do it yourself first. While poor people will risk their life and health to earn peanuts, a rich person will rather pay for it, than get his hands dirty.

It’s quite ironic that people who claim that money is not the most important thing to them, are the same ones who give away their time and health in order to get a little of piece of it. And the people who know that money is important actually value their life and freedom more than the money itself.

Not wasting money is even harder than making it
A lot of people are smart and know how to generate big income, but only handful of those know how to maintain their wealth. This is why we see so many people that may earn millions, but are still broke. Lot of people that start earning well become blinded by the money and think that they will just make more and more of it, which leads into uncontrolled spending and eventually bankrupting them.

Some people are not meant to be rich
Being rich is a skill that requires correct mindset and it’s not for everyone. People with poor mindset can never become rich, until they change the way they think. Even if they happen to win in lottery they will eventually spend all their money and become poor again.

I'm following up with this: https://www.cnbc.com/2018/10/26/what-millionaires-know-about-money-that-average-people-dont.html

And for those that desire to know more of my case: I made early 7 figures already in my 30+ years of life. I blew that shit between lifestyle (world travel, first house, etc) and investing in my newer/bigger ideas. The key to me regaining position was always having investments in ideas to sell off or develop in the crash. If i have no investments, I'd be done.

One thing I forgot to mention in earlier posts. The increase in the price of David Yurman's original gold jewelry is how i kept afloat while i was at that beach condo. I sold 3 necklaces I had , which were worth about $500 more than I paid each, to maintain a moderate lifestyle. The thing that drove me crazy was the fact I could not get things to work and it felt like everything was just going bad. That can be the worst feeling ever when you're so used to figuring things out.

So. I'm having a great little run this year. A huge change from 2018.
I feel like Dwayne Wade after the Lebron trade.

Anyhow............

I've been trying to really strike my goals down and get ahead of the ball by just being the best I can be, when servicing others.

My next goal isn't just to make $100k. It's to get back to $100k in the bank.

I choose to be a rich man, living how he wants.

I've just gotten into a long term apartment... Found a nice area to target building a new home. The $100k would get me to that first step. If i can make $100k by 2/1/2020, I know I'll be a multi-millionaire by 2020's end. All the signs would lead to this belief.
