i notice there are a lot of private forums do you guys think its worth the money?some do cost 300$ a month,thats a lot of cash in my place,i'd appreciate your input.

You're not "missing" anything. There's enough information on this forum and linked to/mentioned from here to make you a boat load of money. There's no secret, read something on here or wherever and then put it into practice. See if it works, analyze the results and try again. I know that personally I looked around for a while myself hoping that eventually I'd find a way to suddenly make a bunch of money, a lot of people were the same. Just DO something would be my advice.

You arent missing anything. Paying money tricks your brain into thinking you are doing something to advance your internet marketing career when in reality there is no holy grail hiding behind the pay gate.

I've seen behind several of them (without paying). There are ways if you really want to satisfy your curiosity. I can't tell you how but you can figure it out. But it's not worth it. There's never anything special and exciting or cutting edge. Those days are long gone. The most you'll ever find is some info on some new platform that's out there that can be spammed. Anything else is old hat and freely available here and everywhere else.

That's just marketers preying on people's fear-of-missing-out and their desire for a push-button solution. One they can just throw money at and magically become a millionaire. Just like these seminars and what not. The premium price is to trick you, as was said above.
