Anyone else have a moment in life like this?
You question the money and decisions.... and how well you actually balanced sacrifice for success?

This is one of my favorite movie quotes because though I sacrificed a lot, I feel Like I understand the concept "Money isnt' real" ..... while i look outside , below some skyline to ocean panoramic view, at people walking around like robots....... and see people who don't get it.

The people who say money doesn't matter, doesn't exist... without having first GONE FOR IT... are liars.

They are the ones that say "money isn't everything. Money is the root of all evil. I hate money and don't care about it at all"... yet they're the ones rooting for socialism and communism, because it does matter and they know it. What they really mean is they don't want to earn it. The rest is unsophisticated lies they all agree to accept so they can pretend to be lofty philosophers.

Only by fully engaging in money can you understand it. It's like all of these MMA and Boxing fans. They know all the stats, techniques, what this person should have done, etc. But they have no clue about MMA and Boxing... they've never stepped in the ring. When it's objectified you can manipulate it from a safe distance, but the subjective experience is the only way to transcend money while including it in your life.

Money is green karma. It's the life blood that flows through the veins of society. It's a means of representing value. People with little money are providing little value to society as society is willing to see it (based on the exchange of money).

I'm with you. It doesn't matter, until you don't have enough. Then you start demonizing the wealthy, the dedicated, and you start burning down cities and screaming for socialism. When instead you could provide value to society...

I'll also say, there are those of us out there, most of the active posters on this forum, who are modern day samurai. We are the warriors, but it's called entrepreneurship. If we all made 300 million each, we wouldn't stop doing what we're doing. We'd go for that first billion. Because it's NOT about the money, it's about the journey of self-empowerment and realization. Being all that we can be. Putting ourselves in a position to be free and to alleviate the money-woes of those who DO try and never make it. Those are the people I'll prop up and throw a bone at. And they'll make it and pay it forward. Not because money matters, but because money provides things that matter.

I like how your phrased that. Money is green karma. A representation of your value in society. Wow. Did you create that yourself? OR was that said elsewhere?

I'm not seeing it on Google so I'm taking credit! I probably picked it up from one of the old 60's psychedelic spirituality books I've read.

Money doesn't buy happiness but it does buy freedom. It is much easier to be happy when you are free to do as you please.

too much of something is going to be bad for you and I feel like for someone like myself who is so immersed in money BALANCE keep your head leveled and you'll be ok
