Schedule and Run Screaming Frog on a Macro

I have a very specific extraction setting in screaming frog that I want scheduled to run weekly. I want it to crawl the site and save a a csv, preferably with the date in it. Would a desktop macro program like

http://www.winautomation.com/

work for this?

I know python is probably a good alternative for this but, I'm not at a point where I could learn this just yet.

I use to use WinAuto quite a bit about 2 years ago. I was using it mainly for auto building WordPress sites. It has its quirks, but overall I liked using it because I'm a non-programmer and the point and click worked well.

For what you are asking for, it should be able to do this.
