Do you agree? Add your own:

1) Social media followers
2) Email lists
3) Segmentation in various tools/marketing automation
4) Process outlines and tutorials
5) Automated content generation and updating (feeds, price comparison etc)
6) Custom aesthetics (brand identity)
7) Custom engagement graphics (infographics, illustrations, gifs)
8) Youtube channel
9) Proof of outsourcing capability
10) Outreach and Linkbuilding methods and documentation

11) Upward profit growth trajectory
12) Low expenses required
13) Low time demand on new owner
14) Already speed optimized
15) Sometimes not having had an SEO audit is a bonus (room for existing growth)
16) Having a media kit and doing sponsored posts / emails for big brands
17) Existing PPC data and/or campaign with positive and negative keywords all set up

With all of these, yes and no.

Here's some counter arguments I have heard from friends/colleagues:

Social followers aren't worth anywhere near as much today as they used to be.
Do I have proof that these email lists are engaged? Are they scraped + imported or opted-in and part of a list that has been cleaned monthly?
Do I need a developer to maintain this custom functionality/feeds? Are they reliable? Will it break while I am on holiday?

18) A negotiated handover period is quite a common factor too, where you're basically consulting the new owner for an agreed amount of time 3-6 months.

19) no more than 10% of traffic from 1 page
20) strong domain rating (or similar metric) - this is poorly defined but I know guys who won't consider a site under DR20 for example

21) Brand Name Search Trends

23) Brand awareness and positive brand value and perception.
