Should I sell my affiliate site?

So this was the first site I ever built, hence the quality is pretty shit and content could be a lot better than what it is.

None the less, it earns money, and has been since it was started December 2020. Currently 160€/month on average, after December it should be like 200€/month. 200€ × 35 = 7000€

Site only has ~30 articles but is pretty much fully expanded.

Currently have 0 capital and write everything myself for other sites. Should I sell to get capital? Or hold and try increasing earnings?

You haven’t told us what your goal is. If your goal is to create sites that earn money for cash flow then no. If your goal is to create sites to liquidate then yes. Use the cash to fast forward through time on the next site or two.
