Site 301ing to Multiple Domains - Site Move?

I have a site which I've been dismantling and absorbing into other projects. It's got 301's going to 3 different domains. There is one primary domain that the site is forwarding to - the homepage goes to this site.

My question is should I file a site move in the search console from the domain to the new primary domain, even though there are some 301's to other places?

I would only file a site move if you moved most of the content to this new primary domain.

If that's not the case, I'd just let Google decide what they want to do when they encounter the old links. This is interesting though, I've never thought of doing such a thing.
