I'm looking at selling a site that's probably too big for Flippa and too small for Empire Flippers (plus I don't want to give them 15%).

IC looks like an in between option. I can't find any negative reviews about them online, but I can't really find any positive reviews either, other than the brief testimonials on their site.

Does anyone here have experience with these guys?

I'm actually going through the process with them now. Seems quite fair so far. Try to have record of all your financials going back a year ready and on-hand - you'll have to provide income reports as well as a proof of affiliate/advertising income. Will report back as I progress through the process.
