At this point I'd probably find a low responsibility job that hit at least the average income for my area. I'm tired, boss. I'm at a point where everything is paid off and I just have the regular monthly bills. No mortgage, no car bill. Just phone, internet, utilities, property taxes, food, and maintenance.
I say this because I've started over from ground zero enough times and know that (for me) there's a ramp up time that's strenuous. I've gone through enough rodeos and I've achieved the goals and proven myself to myself. And I also accept that I don't necessarily care about stopping work and going traveling and all the other things, so I'm pretty inexpensive. As long as I can not struggle in "retirement" I think I'd be good. I can barely stand to go a full day doing nothing. I can't imagine what doing that for a week or years or decades would be like. I'd be playing some money-making game regardless to entertain myself. Might as well be some menial bullshit job like on American Beauty, but not quite working the window at McDonald's.
